Two ways to work together

There is no one-size-fits-all response to change.

Begin with reflection

Before deciding what comes next, understand what is happening now.

That means listening carefully, considering the full context, and being honest about what is working, what is not, and what matters most.

Grief education

Grief doesn't need to be fixed. It needs to be understood.

Grief is not a problem to solve or a timeline to complete. Education can help you understand how grief is affecting your body, thinking, relationships, identity, and daily life. Samantha offers a compassionate place to ask questions, find useful language, and explore what support means for you.

Ask about grief support
01

Name what's happening.

Learn how grief can affect the body, brain, relationships, identity, and everyday life—often in unexpected ways.

02

Build your grief literacy.

Replace pressure and myths with practical language, meaningful reflection, and tools that honor your real experience.

03

Find your own next step.

There is no correct pace. Together, explore what support, remembrance, boundaries, and forward movement mean for you.

Samantha is a Certified Grief Educator trained through David Kessler's Grief Educator program. Grief education is supportive and informational; it is not therapy or crisis care.

Executive coaching

Reflect first.Then lead with clarity.

Leadership during change requires more than a plan. It requires a clear view of the people, culture, knowledge, and systems involved. Samantha helps leaders examine the full picture, ask better questions, and make decisions they can explain and stand behind.

Meet Samantha

Teacher. Professor. Executive. Consultant. Coach.Always an educator.

Samantha wanted to be a teacher from the age of six. Education has remained the through line in every chapter of her career—from classrooms and higher education to nonprofit leadership, global workforce development, executive coaching, and grief education.

As Senior Vice President of Education and Training at CEDIA, she led global education, curriculum, standards, certification, and workforce-development work. She expanded online and localized learning, built partnerships, and helped make education more accessible to people entering and growing within the industry.

Her approach is reflective and candid: listen, understand the whole situation, admit when something is not working, and keep learning. Then make the next decision with the people affected by it clearly in view.
